Day of the Dead Corkscrew
The “Dia de los Muertos”, or “Day of the Dead” is a holiday celebrated in Mexico to honor the lives of loved ones who have passed, with food and drink. The skeleton is a central image used in decorations for the holiday, and our Day of The Dead corkscrew is inpired by this fantastical and reverent holiday. Designed by Ariel Rojo and Stephanie SuÃ¥rez for the Kikkerland Mexico Design Challenge, this zinc alloy and stainless steel corkscrew is as whimsical as it is functional.
